Instant Build and Upgrade: Any building can skip its timer by paying 1.2x the normal resource cost in GALFI at the current exchange rate. Applies to both construction and upgrades at any level.

Colony HQ Gate: Colony HQ must be upgraded to Level N before any other building can reach Level N. HQ always needs to be one level ahead.

Building Operation Rules
Loading Buildings
Buildings must be loaded with GFNRG and GFOOD to operate. The minimum load is 24 hours of consumption. Maximum load scales with building level.

Level 1 holds up to 7 days. Level 2 holds 14 days, and so on. All buildings replenish in one click.
If A Building Runs Dry
If a building exhausts its GFNRG or GFOOD, it stops producing entirely. No partial output.

Rewards already accumulated do not disappear. They remain claimable. Once reloaded, production resumes normally.
Reward Collection Rules
Rewards stack if you do not collect immediately. No penalty or cap on uncollected production.

You can cancel production mid-cycle at any time and receive pro-rated rewards for the portion already completed.
Colony HQ Level Gate
Colony HQ must be upgraded to Level N before any other building can reach Level N.

Example: to upgrade your Farm to Level 4, Colony HQ must first be at Level 4. HQ always needs to be one level ahead.
Instant Build and Upgrade
Any build or upgrade can be completed instantly by paying 1.2x the normal cost in GALFI at the DEX rate.

This skips the entire timer. No 12h, no 27h, no 13-day wait. Premium is fixed at 1.2x at all levels.
Megastructure Special Rules
Dyson Sphere and Ringworld are built at Level 1 only. Cannot be upgraded.

Build time is 7 days or instant via GALFI. Each provides +5 additional build slots. Requires a Megastructure Slot on your NFT.
Economic Rebalancing

Token rewards from buildings will be reduced over time. The first review takes place 90 days after launch, then every 90 days. GALFI earnings and mission rewards are expected to be the primary targets. Ship costs may also increase in later updates.

The exact reductions are not predetermined and will be based on the state of the economy at each review point.
